Standard UK delivery is £3.95
Free UK delivery is available for orders over £35
International delivery is £6.95
Free International delivery is available for orders over £50

For UK customers:

We aim to dispatch your order in 1 business day. Sometimes, at busy times of the year, it may take longer than this for us to dispatch your order. Please remember we are a small business with one person making and packing all orders.

Items are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless you purchase a different delivery method.

Items are sent in a 'large letter' sized cardboard box which fits through most letterboxes.

There is no tracking available with this service.

Upgrades to the Royal Mail "Next Day Delivery" service are available on checkout for UK orders.

Thanks to Her is not responsible for any extra charges or customs charges that may be incurred on your item.

 For overseas orders:

Items are sent using the Royal Mail International Standard Delivery Service.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to arrive, especially at busy times of the year such as Christmas. There may be delays in the postal service which are outside of our control.

There is no tracking available with this order but we do obtain a certificate of postage. Should you require tracking on your order, please upgrade to a tracked service on checkout.
