Can I add or change the personalisation request?

• Yes, please message us within 24 hours of placing the order at contact@thankstoher.co.uk. State your name, order number and the personalisation adjustments or request.

Are your items hallmarked?

• All of our products are made with sterling silver. This means that the silver contains at least 92.5% of pure silver.
